Return Policies
Legacy Industrial is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
  • Shipping is non-refundable* 
  • A 30% Restocking Fee applies (provided item is un-opened and labeling/container is not damaged).
  • Returns are accepted only on standard items (no special colors/sizes).
  • Items that have been opened, cannot be returned.

Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Legacy Industrial is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. All items will be shipped insured.  Most of our products cannot be carried on an airplane due the chemical make-up.  However, we may be able to overnight them if your site is within the appropriate radius to our factory in Pennsylvania or Oklahoma for a special rate (free shipping does not apply in these cases).  Shipment processing can take up to (2) business days, please allow for this when ordering.  We will not credit a returned item because a customer did not order soon enough.  Lastly, we are not responsible for collateral costs generated for any reason.

OUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN CHEMICALS THAT CAN CAUSE SERIOUS PHYSICAL INJURY.  BEFORE USING, READ THE MSDS AND FOLLOW ALL PRECAUTIONS TO PREVENT BODILY HARM!!

These products are designed for industrial usage only and should not be used for residential purposes.

Orders Shipping to California, NY or NJ.

Northern CA, NY and NJ have stringent laws regarding the amount of VOC's our products contain.  Therefore if you place an order for a product that we cannot ship to your state, we will substitute with it's VOC compliant equivalent.  Penalties for not following these state laws are major.

Southern California is a no ship-zone for all of our products. We will not ship to these counties in Southern California: SCAQMD District - LA County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Orange County.

*Although we do not break-out our shipping charges, we do pay for shipping.  If you return an item your actual shipping charge will be deducted from the item's purchase price.  We will reserve the right to waive this if the product was defective.
